We find their customers the week they open for business.
Client: a vehicle wrap & signage shop near Philadelphia, PA (commercial vehicle wraps, fleet lettering, boat graphics and signage).
The problem
Leads came in from website forms, cold calls and intake forms, and were all handled by hand. Worse, the shop’s best prospects, brand-new contractors who need truck lettering right away, were invisible. A brand-new contractor has no website and no Google listing yet. We tested 12 new filings, and not one had a website, an email or an owner online.
The insight
The state’s public contractor registry is the earliest signal that exists. A contractor appears there before they appear anywhere else.
What we built
- New Contractor Lead Engine. Every Monday morning, an automated job checks the latest registry files, compares them against a history of 13,425 registrations, and pushes genuinely new businesses into monday.com with 11 fields filled in: phone, address, trade, county, distance from the shop and more.
- Smart filtering. On the first real run, 111 of 171 “new” numbers turned out to be older businesses renewing late. A simple comparison would have flooded the sales team with bad leads. Our logic catches them.
- A call list that prioritizes itself. Leads are scored “likely inside,” “borderline” or “likely outside” the shop’s 20-mile service area, and reps work a saved list of the best ones first.
- Instant website leads. Contact and design-intake forms now land in the CRM immediately, tagged with the page, traffic source and device. Returning customers are matched to their existing job instead of creating a duplicate.
- SEO for the new domain, with Search Console reporting that ties search visibility to real business.

Built safe
File checks reject bad data, a safety stop caps any single run at 300 leads, and the owner gets an email alert on any failure. The database is locked down, and the state site’s human-verification check is respected, not bypassed.
